Hi Slash, Thanks for responding. My employer put the job adv, but put the requirements as Bachelor's degree only. But now, with that as the minimum requirement, there will be thousands of applications. So will my PERM be in trouble if there are thousands of applications? Or do you think that my Company can do something that it will prove DOL that I am the right person and other applicants are not suitable (although the only requirement asked in advertisement was a bachelor's degree)???
