IIT chicago..hmmm...good place of course, but living is expensive, as you would expect in a place like chicago. School is ok, third tier or may be below...have to check the latest ranking. But job scene could be good, as its in chicago, major hub. Can't really tell about the aid scene, you may want to contact students who go there. Good luck!
