well its like this.. the high income you have the more tax you pay.. its not a bad thing for middle income people and for the healthcare system.. Canadas known as the best healthcare system but still they're just kinda playing games somehow cuz Canadians are healthy so they dont need too much medicares and other thing, most of the Canadian people arent poor so majority ones would be paying for healthcare but its a good thing the government pays for healthcare for ones who cannot afford it, thats a good system. ever watched john q?
