Morning Sire, My place to uncover them you say?...well..we shall have to see about that :-) Yes, exam prep in full swing but being in the second year is the onset of what is loving referred to as "senioritis" i.e lack of any and all motivation to put in those long hours that one was compelled to in the first year of law school. The first year is the worst; the standard form of infliction of terror happens at orientation. They have you look to the right of you and to the left of you and then say "in another year, two of you will no longer be here"!!..the drop out rates at the end of the first year are alarming; consequently, if you manage to hang on long enough to actually finish the second year...it's all over...no more pressure, well, not to the extent of the first year anyway. About the temporary relocation---the expense is alarming. I knew the cost of living had risen sky high but when I did the calculations, I almost blacked out!! I'm having to re-think the temporary move to stave off having to take out another tremendous loan but, I'm also trying to get creative with finances--essentially contacting friends in London and badgering them to let me stay with them for the six months!! I doubt I'll be back to these parts much as the weeks wear on so perhaps e-mails may be in the offing :-) As to the Knight in not so shiny uniform...I know you are all too aware about what they say about men in uniform!! :-)
