mr x, this shit happens means what shit happens, before the protest, before 2004, or before the bill becomes law? undoccumented and illegals are different. undoccumented are illegals but illegals are not necessarly undoccumented. if they are making illegals - legals and if they are doing it after the law passes, then the legals who entered usa before 2004 and who do not have work permits have better changes to drop thier status before the law passes. That way they can get included with those illegals to become legal.however, i am very certain that they will make some conditions to benifits Mexicans only and poor foreigners who are maintaining thier status like F1, or H1 will suffer only.
