Yes Phishing is one of the techniques that may be used to hack hotmail password. I am writing this message to show you guys how you may be fooled by others. I have used this technique many times to hack passwords. Someone will send you an email saying " Hey Yar.. I am missingyou quite alot.. I have created a greeting card for you. Click Here to see your greeting card.. Bye for this time.. have a good day an enjoy the card. " like that... now when you click on the link...you will be redirected to a fake page whick will ask for your password ( note that your email ID will appear in the page.. this makes us feel that that page is authentic)... You enter your password and the page will show you a greeting card... You will never know that your hotmail passowrd has been hacked... Moral: Always see the address in the address bar before entering anything confidencial.. hope this is useful
