Americans are still happy, leaving aside metropotitan cities, most of the families have a working father who works either on farm or is a mason or a plumber. One of the children has a criminal record, the other works in McDonalds, mother drinks beer throughout the day, yet they afford a corvette. This is a new american dream. 3. The more upsetting issue, none of these working families believe in higher education as long as there is a food on the table and abercrombie and fitch in the closet. And since they do not realize what they were missing, they are proned to substance abuse. I was quite impressed by the Jimmy Carter's bestseller - Our endangered values, in writing this story.
