if the king realizes that he is unpopular (duh??) and it is in his best interests to hand over the regime to a democractic government, the PM could succeed. the king can still be in the background like he was in system that came after 2047. natra its Deuba (or someone else)'s Regime: Part II and one more excuse for the king to label party leadership 'inefficeint'.
