Let me give my input on this topic. Having visited Europe and been living in US for a decade, I would say, life in Europe seems much better than life in USA. Of course, educational background and skills being constant for both places. Besides, if you live in Europe, every day can be a vacation. With good transportation system and easy access to other countries, you can basically spend one weekend in Barcelona, another in Paris, another in London, summer break/vacation in Italy, few days off in Scandinavian countires etc etc. You just name it; places with natural beauty, awesome history, culture and good food (of course except England). There are many things in Europe that make life richer than in US. Money is not everything.
