ZingKira, very good post. except I would point out that "client do not control who are hired" this statement is NOT ALWAYS TRUE. It is true if the PROJECT IS OUTSOURCED. [ when I say OUTSOURCED here, i am using it as a broad vague term. meaning WORK IS NOT PERFORMED BY THE PARENT COMPANY RATHER HANDED DOWN TO ANOTHER COMPANY] but for the consultants working in-house then CLIENT DO CONTROL WHO IS HIRED. just my 2 cents there. KIWIGAL, being a bahadur is NOT BAD. ONE SHOULD HAVE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK; IT REALLY DOES NOT MATTER WHAT KIND OF WORK YOU DO. just my 2 cents. ==================================================== what else do I know? (O:
