Here is a thought. Companies in in US want Highly experienced labor without much of cost. They do not care about the cost as long as they do not have to hire the individual. The things are done project to project basis, they see what project is completed in how much cost. So come the Dhotis in picture. If Khaires want X project in Y amount, dotis say we can complete those in Y/2 amount. Khaires are happy and Dhotis are happy. Now for Dhotis, in order to complete the project in Y/2 amount and keeping their profitability 50% there is no way that they can hire tru experts and waste all the money. Thus enter the system of consultancy. In consultancy the Parent company is not allowed to check who is working for the project, all they care is timeliness, productivity and budget. If all three are predetermined then they have no complanints. Dhotis what they do is hire a couple of experts say 5:1 ratio and the remaining people are cheap laborers. Thats where H1B new graduates come into picture. These graduates get trained with the how-a-bouts of the projects and placed. They will require to do all the labor work and gain the experience. They will be paid almost 1/4 of what their experienced resume says. Thus the new graduate consultants fit into picture. Since this is a big hole in the system that dhotis have invented, consultancy is a big-time business in the US for Dhotis. They take the project for 1/2 the price and spend 1/4 of what they should to the "Consultants". Keep 1/4, smart huh? Mind u there is no place for the new graduates, you need atleast 4 years of experience. So fresh graduates have no option other than to keep going to college or get 4 years of min experience from some where... Some where? yes just put it in your resume and lie in the interview. If you are lucky you will get the job get paid well. And well means well, much better than sitting around and hoping some company will pickyou up from the sand. I know it should too fanatic for most of the nepalese, but guys do you want a job or not. if you are too egoistic then this is not for you, trust me. You gotta lie a bit, any ways I challenge any one has not lied while applying for Visa, so you gotta to lie a lil more, and it will be fruitful, trust me on this. Ball is in your court, if you wanna get a job and earns some green this is a very good way, trust me if any one gets you an H1 and tells you they will complain if you leave the company, show them middle fingure and leave the company provided you have the H1 paper with you, any other company will hire you once you are in H1 status provided you are willing to spend like 3000 dollars, 15 days pay say. This is the current trend in the market and hope nepalese are willing to reap the opportunity. Leave the ego aside for a while. Trust me you gotta make this "NATAK" only for the first year, after that its smooth like silk. GOOD NIGHT AND GOOD LUCK
