Scarlett, Thanks for reading my story. In summary, it is an social story supported by an unexpressed love. The story depicts all the struggles by an economically deprived village boy, OM, for his education at an extremely rural eastern Nepal. OM has encountered to a number of hardships from early childhood but managed to overpass by the tireless efforts of his mother and himself. At a time when it is almost impossible to go ahead, a more economically privileged and intelligent girl in an educated family, MANJU, knows about his difficulties and offers supports to OM. OM stays in MANJU's house to fulfill his educational dreams. There are another kinds of ups and downs due to the then socio-political culture. Till now, OM has been successful to complete SLC exam with good marks. He is leaving for KTM with bare hands for higher education or earning for hand-and-mouth or both. Lets see whether he is able to manage to fulfill his dreams in KTM and whether he meets MANJU again. uptowngal, Thanks for your suggestion for publishing in the form of a book.
