If u say london is not diversified then u are wrong my friend. London is considered most diversified city in the whole world.Not so much in the city where i am living in liverpool. Agree for nepali student who cannot afford studying in UK i think US is an easy option. But imagine a person who have work , for them london is much more better and lot to offer. one thing london heavily outscore above other is its transport facility. It has links to any destinatin in the world including direct route to major european destinations that includes planes, buses and ships.Also the plane fair is rediculously low in europe in general. Like a return ticket to amsterdam or italy cost about 25 pound if u book in advance. But it is quite amazing we dont think anything other than US , UK or Australia. Some of my british friends who have been to all these three destintions and major places in europe thinks berlin is the best city in the world. Although the opinions differ for each person but in case of london the argument can be supported by fact. I still think except new york no other american city can match london.
