hey lato i received my wifes ITIN yesterday and i just faxed that info to my state IRS so it should be okey now. but i had sent the ITIN application along with my federal tax to philadelphia on 15th of feburary and i just received that yesterday so that should give you an idea about the waiting time. let me know if you need to anything else that i can help
