Hey, I'll try and see who I can find in those states. As far as the local vs. across the state is concerned, I think it's best going with an attorney who is locla purely becuase it makes communication with them easier. Furthermore, you have the ability to call/visit the office to monitor that the paperwork has indeed been filed on time etc. The American Bar Association website is very helpful once you get the name of an attorney. Every bar association webiste has information on all registered attorney's so if an attorney has ever had a complaint or a disciplinary action against them, that will be reflected on their profile page on the Bar Association website.
