1. GRILL Chicken Thighs without Burning
2. SHRED the meat from Bones and Ligaments
3. Dice Red Onions (Raato Pyaaj)
4. Fresh Lime Jiuce (Kagati to Ras)
5. Go Easy on Salt (Noon) .. remember the grilled meat already has some
6. Tumeric Powder (Besaar)
7. Crushed and Fresh Pepper (Khorsaani)
8. Heat some Vegetable Oil, ADD Jeera Dhaniya Mix, Meat Masala... DO NOT burn the Masalas
9. Pour the Oil with Masalas over the Shredded Meat and Veges
10. Mix 'em up real good (I prefer hand)
11. And there is your Chicken Chwela
