If anybody has direct link to the organizations a request should be made to the organizations if no heed was given to your notice. People can also do so by emailing the organizations. An email link to cater to requests to those organizations should also be added to the website. Why should anybody help? Several Nepalese face problems of their own kind in the US. Should this problem qualify for help to the 1st degree? These questions may arise in the minds of a donor. It is important to find out what the actual medical costs is going to be so that donors are encouraged to meet that target. I know a precise estimate might not be possible but a rough figure should be quoted and if there are already some personal funds and insurence, it should be mentioned. In these few days the donation has been limited to mainly Kansas meaning that help is not pouring in form outside Kansas. People do not feel the connection. Prospective donors might be skeptical. Donors might feel that if everyone was to donate there might be excess of funds which makes many to leave the job to others. My suggestion is to work out a plan to collect funds only to meet medical expense and not funds to bring parents or relatives. It should be trasparent and I'm sure everybody will put in a little extra effort to meet the target. In problems like these all Nepalese should help one another and it is possible if there is more transparency. This is just what I feel, I may be wrong and perhaps it doesn't need to be scrutinized to this level. Anyway!
