Telling other stupid and claiming himself smart or intelligence person is NOT A WISE. It is worse than actual dumb. To become real smart or intelligence person, you must have these qualities... (1) Higher Formal Education (2) Good or well knowledge (3) Good Skills then you can claim it. If you do not have these qualities, you must re-think about yourself.
