Hey, Has anyone received 45 day letter from backlog center for Labor certification? I got mine in march '05 RIR and my priority date was april 2003. But haven't received any news after that regarding the LC approved yet. Also anyone know details about cut off date for pre approved lc substitution rule coming up pretty soon? Please advise if you are in same kind of situation. thanks!
