Someone said this in sajha a while ago and I still remember it, although I forgot who said it. He said: "यहाँका गाइहरु हिन्दु गाइ होइनन त्यसैले बीफ खाए हुन्छ" Besides, I am not Hindu by faith. So, I don't mind. But having grown up in Nepali culture I still have not "cooked" beef at home.
