Cerrine, Stress can be reduced through ' RELAXATION n RECREATION' the most relaxing recreating forcres are a good healthy religion( sounds impractical . ugh ..!?),sound sleep, music, and laughter. You need to have faith in God ... learn to sleep well, Love good music... see the funny sides of life.. and all the happiness and good health is yours Cerine. most of times we get stress coz of our way of thinking to a problem. if we think miserable thoughts we will be miserable, if we we think happy thought, we will be happy, if we thinkg failure we will almost fail... in other words ..' You are not what you think you are; but what you think, you are ! Generaly, we are in stress in various reasons ... most of the cases we get tense coz of some sort of problems and we are not sure of what decision would work ... it is important to find out sufficient knowledge on which to base a decision. after carefully considering all the facts, take a decison.. once a decision is reached, act,, Get involved in it and stop hunting with any anxiety... In most of the cases we jsut get more stressed to handle any problems .. in some cases there is nothing we can do .. we msut be ready to accept the ultimate worst scenerio too. Some problems are really difficult to solve , no matter whatever effort we apply.. I think the best possible ways to reduce stress is to handle any sort of problems carefully ... What is the Problem ? stating the problem clearly will help for next options . What is the casue of the problem? root of the problems .. What are the possible solutions you can think of ? Well, in your such situation, what is the best solution of the problem ? ... whatelse you can do more than that .. ! Cheers ! AN
