Just one comment. Diverse countries that have succeeded are 1) America 2) Canada and 3)Australia, all founded by immigrants. For some reason or another immigrants tend to be more hard-working. China will succeed over India by my theory because Chinese are more homogeneous. India is so damn diverse that I don't see much hope. I hope I am wrong, but that's what it looks like to me.
