I've subscribed to Andiomo services, direct from my home phone as a long distance. It is good and costs 49 cents/min( no monthly fee except if you call less than for $2.00, then you are monthly charged $2.00). If no connection or bad connection and you hang up within 3 mins, you are not billed. No funny taxes except a ones Contact Norstar. I complained about connections initially they rerouted my connections.
