In the case of man you mentioned. Well, the girl's parents seem more to be blamed than anyone else because they should have been aware that it is illegal to marry any girl under the age of 18. I dont believe this girl was hijacked from her parents. Yeaa it is unfortunate on the part of the underage girl. She can could go to court to seek compensation for damages. No case in the world where one side is completely white and the other side is completely black because things happen because of combination of several factors from the both sides. In family matter it is usually grey rather than complete black or white. This is reason why cases are so complicated.
