Sabbo, personally I would refrain from buying Korean vehicles manufactured prior to 2000 or so. Backed by the excellent warranty, I would not hesitate for newer Kia and Hyundai models though. What year is the vehicle you are considering? What it is the seller's asking price? I strongly recommend you to do some reasearch on edmunds.com before you make any decision. That site was a life saver to me when I was in the market for a used car last year. You may also want to visit autos.msn.com for more info. Do check the True Market Value (TMV) and Cost of Ownership/True Cost to own (or sth like that) in edmunds. Also check the reliablility ratings on msn. I also suggest you to read the forums on both sites. Be more attentive to the ones describing Accents of the same year and mileage equal or higher than 110K. Good luck!!
