I agree with "Lalupatay". Yes, it is democratic rights, freedom of speech and freedom of expression. Talking about “Racism in Nepal” is education. But those people who do practice Racism in society and politics are serious and real racist. These act against democracy. I also agree that Racism is a major defect of Nepali Democracy, Peace, Human Rights and Freedom. That is a key reason that Nepalese can not successful to practice Democracy which results country in far below under development and poor.
