(apart from the govt. hassels and under the table money for contracts. ) Let them build it and we shall follow with 50, 60 who knows in the future..... And yes, we do need more of standardized office building in Nepal. Not, office in ancient palaces and people's houses.. And you guys thinking about Maoist destroying the building. When will the development take place? All the NTC buildings should be insured. (I think they are. Insurance companies are making money in Nepal.)
