What Angelina said is right but when do u think the building construction will be completed? Coz they don't know where its gonna stand yet. Planning will take years, and starting the construction will take more, coz no 1 is doing anything without some extra (under table) cash. And don't know how many times the construction gonna be stopped in between for several reasons. So by the time the construction finishes, who knows nepal cud be little better, as the construction gonna take 9-10 yrs for sure hehe !!
