I think this thread got wrong name. This is not actually BAR. I guess it's a good move to organize the way students are going abroad and has mainly targeted those who come to study abroad in government scholarship quota and send their resignation letter from abroad in stead of going back to Nepal. The students who can show that they are going to abroad for good reasons should not be worried with this change in rule. Fellas, please have a look at both side of the coins before posting.
