Well, well. may be people are of the idea that Supreme Court is trying to bring the constitution on track but nothing takes place without the will of the king(प्रभुको इच्छाबिना केही हुँदैन ।) I don't think those Judges dared to go against the Royal will. Now USA is exercising to bring together the King and political parties but UML and re-inforce them against the maoists . Dissoulution of RCCC and release of Deuba and Prakashman are the part of game plan. However, the unconstitutional RCCC deserved dissolution but it shouldn't imply that Deuba and Prakashman are clean figures. The egoist king wouldn't overturn his own decision and took the help of SC to get it done. In the past also, when the democratic movement were in climax, the judges of the Supreme Court would open the cases of "Reinstatement of Parliament" , giving the false hope of restoration of the house and tranquilizing the agitation. Nepali congress Central Comittee meeting has recently decided to go for the restoration of the parliament and if they really go for it, the split of 7 party alliance seems looming as UML wouldn't accept it and so the maoists. Was there no parliament earlier? Its been as clear as day light that maoists can not be eliminated. So, King and USA should stop palying games. Nepalese politicis should incorporate the maoists in any step they take. Excluding maoists from Nepalese politics means pushing Nepal towards an everlasting war. Has Tamil issue ever finished? Is India able to control the Naxalites or PWGs? Moriarty's last speech is not in favor of sustainable peace in Nepal. He is speaking the prejudice of Americans about communists. He just doesn't want to see communists dominating the Nepali politics and that's it. So friends, don't keep hope from the dissolution of RCCC and if King wants, he can again revive it. Who is going to stop him?
