To tell you the truth, there isn't much more to the story. I suppose short flings wither from people's memories with time and if ever there were to be any epilogue to the story it would be on those lines. The abrupt ending is only a reflection of the abrupt nature of the relationship itself. Meera's suggestion could be the other outcome too.There is one another possibility, although a rather silly and unromantic one, that I have outlined below. Wateva : good to know you liked those. Meera : LOL. That was really funny and could definately have been what happened. Another twist could be the conservative girl expereinces an epiphany , dons short-skirts and high heels and hits the cocktail bars and dance circuit. In the meantime, the "forward" guy feels homesick in the confines of western culture, expereinces a spiritual flash, renounces the world and joins the Hare Krishna movement. When they meet, a few years later, they are pleasantly suprised by where life has taken them since they first met. They laugh about it, say goodbye, and have not run into each other since.
