She did not accept your proposel than and still to this day she is making excuses. Dude....she has already made up her mind. She probably told whomever that she loves you is that she doesn't want to hurt your feelings, she is just being nice to you. And to top that all she didn't tell you this herself (Iloveyou!), someone else did. So...god knows what she might have said either. so...rum have some rum and chill. You will be just fine.
