I find LCD panels of all digital cameras to be misleading or are at least inaccurate at default setting when it comes to actual brightness of pics. If people boost the brightness of LCD panel of their cameras I guess they'll get even more frustrated to see that the actual pics (after downloading to their computers) were not as bright as what they saw on LCD panels of their camera. After getting these frustrating results I have reduced the brightness of LCD panel of my camera by 1 EV(Exposure Value) instead of boosting the brightness of LCD panel. Now, what I see on LCD panel of my camera is what I actually get. Therefore if I get underexposed pics, it shows more accurately right away on the LCD panel of my camera so I can make necessary changes and shoot again to get brighter pics.
