I am agree with you, nepaltrue., What ever you have said about those numbers, i have no idea but as you mentioned in education and employment sector, in my view that is the main cause to create racism and superiority, which leveled the people in the past. Level was the issue, however there was no publicity of this arguement because of the majority in society. Stereotype is the another cause of this problem and some others we may pull out from the history... What do you guys think now a days ? Is our society is correcting this problem or just getting worse?
