It might have been founded by native Indians or some Cowboy smoking pot in the bottom of Grand Canyon but isn't it totally different than finding (or discovering) something? Columbus discovered America means he traced the route to the land and the people and culture that had never been exposed to the world before. Okay, he found it by accident. He was trying to find a sea-route to India and he somehow ended up in US (Hence the word Indian), but still he had all the proof of the route, he kept track of the navigation. He exposed America to the Europe and to the rest of the known world. Guys, they didn't have satellite in the old days ke. eh... that's why for Alexander, Himalayas was the end of the world. eh. Forgot where I read it, but they think Chinese connection actually happened long long way long .......... LOOOOOOOONG time ago, when Russia and Alaska was kind of joint together and Chinese walked to Siberia from China, and to Alaska and to North America and to South America. :D ke ke... khoi. eh... too much Discovery Channel. eh.
