I read the following this morning in Nepalnews.com and were appalled: “We were shocked after the news that Nepali students were killed for not following traffic rules. In Texas, the other driver (a 72 year old woman) was at fault and the Nepali students were following the trafic rules and just driving on their lane!! I am really pissed off at people who automatically think that whenever something goes wrong it's always ... we are to blame!!
