last year before claiming tax form i was happy that i will get some good amount of money back from state tax,but instead of it i needed to pay to the state....and when one of the friend i personally knew an indian who earned as equal money as i did ,she got good benifit because india has treaty...that time i learned that we get less money while claming from federal tax...before i never realised it......sad huh......
