Out of hundred thousands of calls going out of USA ,few jackasses vented. I know racial slurs are not ok but have you ever been interrupted in the middle of dinner or some nice family time by these telemarketers? I have no sympathy for them. All customer care people have to learn to deal with customers who come in all shapes and sizes. That is part of your job.
