Indifference between two unequal options is NOT neutrality, mere indifference.
And no, this is not just semantic. Neutrality is a much stronger word than indifference. For starters, it implies knowledge of the difference options AND the difference between them. In other words, indifference can be a result of ignorance, neutrality cannot.
