Heard a lot, seen a lat and once attended a conference in Hotel Marriott( free of charge but wasted my time). In the meeting, they assembled some fifty chaps to talk about how great the scheme was (self-promotion). They will say, "I've a 2 million dollar house here and I drive a BMW. This is all because I jumped in to the scheme. By the way how many of you guests drive a BMW?" They clap each other, promote each other and let you know how great these chaps are. They even hugged one another, sometimes kissed one another. But the fact of the matter is, they did't offer you a cup of water there in a meeeting as long as 3 hours. So cheap ideas. The speakers probably slept on the floor, ate cheap food and rode a public transportation or so (no hard feeling please). My promoters had come to my house, we had a dinner. But when I said no and was asked to return the brochures, I had to drive to their house, leave them in front of their main door (did not even open the door, of course). The house was nice, though. So beware!
