Free Education up to the HighSchool was the policy made after 1990, if that's the education you are talking about. The word "1990" makes your view a little biased if you care to notice. And don't fear the freedom. Nepali people don't need degrees to participate in democratic process. My people just need few strong , moral and trustworthy voices to aware them of the trechery , educated and calculated lies and conspiracies. They just need one influencial guy who can show them that ECHOS plan to deprive you of the freedom in name of the Education, Peace , foreign invasion and possible chaos should not disttract you. It's just another ploy.
