I agree with what harkay says. However, the injustice or human rights abuses in other countries including doesn't justify us to do the same. Regarding innocent until proven guilty, they have brilliant solution for this. The murderer was murdered though the bullet fired from the sky; so the case is already closed before the investigation can start.
