I think the ENTRIES made after 1pm shouldn't be COUNTED. It's the time the SUNDAY kickoffs begins. Now don't be arguing "HEY we entered the picks for the games kicked off at 4:00 pm ahead of time." You and We all know you simply missed it or say forgot it. And the time the entries were made can be seen with the People's entries. I don't mean to offend anyone.
