This is a pure example of arrogance present in the army due to the incorrect system to held them liable for their deeds. the mentality of the army is the result of the regime, the courage is given by the system, the system is faulty, faulty system has to be thrown away to ensure the basic right of living of all nepalis. Lets join hands to condemn this horrific deed and make sure that things like this do not repeat again.If we nepalees do not stand up now, then it will not only be the regime that will be accountable for such act but also us.
