You might want to contact Mr. Subedi (of Radio Dovaan). I think he had a Nepali immigration attorney on one of his shows... I remember reading his thread about it... I'm not suggesting that the attorney is good (or bad), but just the fact he's Nepali may be of some comfort to you... I don't know. Good luck.
