Nepalover, I would love to help in any way I can but I am in the midst of Law School exams right now..that horror of my life finishes on Dec 14th so let me know what you plan to do and I will try and get additional information. I was thinking of maybe getting Ian Martin to wake up and do the bloody job of the U.N Rep to Nepal that he's getting a fat salary for, but the bureaucracy within the U.N office in Nepal is wound up enough where I think the letters or anything else we send may not get to him. But again, my help on this may be limited but, let me know what you need help with.
