Now, to do the practical training/ work (called OPT) I have to sign a loan agreement with the University with the amount of 20,000 USD. They will not make my papers until I sign the loan paper. Now, If I can be approved for H-1 B this year I am thinking of dropping this University. But, I heard that quota for this year has expired. I haven't finished my Masters yet to get the additional quota as well. In this situation, maile ke garnu parla? I want to work now but I don't have H-1B and I don't want to pay 20,000 USD any other way-round to get the H-1B? and when does the new filing for H-1B begin? any help will be deeply appreciated. thanks
