whatmore-ji! i know! it's getting really funny. i don't know him, but i have a feeling mr. subedi is a funny guy for having been able to drag this discussing this long with an apparently dogmatic approach! :-) i think that the general concept of right vs. legal is too abstract and i agree that a "legal" way can often be "wrong" and "unjust"... you have a point. however, if all parties agree to follow a common set of norms (like people here on this forum originally seemed to) that defines what is right and what is wrong (in this case, apparently, the copyright laws and the journalistic code), then i think the arguments can be conclusive. but if one is to say that those norms aren't fair and s/he will not adhere to those, then the whole debate is useless and nobody is right or wrong... and i suspect that's what has become of this conversation... inconclusive, because there is no shared understanding of the terms... keep it coming! :-)
