Its' not only doctors- many engineers, arts and humanities students, sciences and commerce students and even lecturers and top level govt officials are in US for job. It is the same case as for people from other countries like India and China to mention two. Man you know, it is a land of opportunities and of course money and fame, why should any one not think of it if one has the capability. Yes many get job in Nepal. But it is better in US.
