Oys_chill, Its definitely nice to remember the good old childhood days. I had read your 'Memory Lane' around a year ago, which I enjoyed immensely. As I am also Kathmandu-born and Kathmandu-grown, the situations and ambience you described tended to match largely to my context. The joyous moments spent with the family, festive seasons and school environment you described made me reminisce my own and feel overly nostalgic. I was fascinated by poems and used to practice reciting poems by standing on the bed, using it as a stage! There are many more childhood memories, like playing and quarrelling with sisters, teachers' unique teaching styles, juvenile infatuations, etc. I wish I could write as interestingly and articulately as you do. However, I will try if I have time. Unfortunately, I can't remember the number reinforcing song of the kindergarten at the moment. I will post whenever I recall it. In the meantime, keep giving inputs of your childhood memories.
